“Helping entrepreneurs understand the tax code as a system — so capital can be stewarded with intention.”

A Different Path To Strategy
Jeremy Lederer’s professional journey didn’t begin in accounting — it began in professional golf, where discipline, preparation, and long-term thinking are non-negotiable.
After transitioning into entrepreneurship and becoming a licensed CPA, Jeremy began to notice a pattern: even highly capable business owners were making major tax decisions reactively — not because they lacked effort or intelligence, but because no one had ever taught them how the system actually works.
What started as professional curiosity became a calling.
Today, Jeremy’s work focuses on helping entrepreneurs move from compliance to strategy — and from reaction to intentional design.
Capital Is Not Neutral
When capital stays in the hands of entrepreneurs, it doesn’t sit idle.
It gets reinvested — into people, businesses, families, and communities.
Jeremy believes the role of tax strategy is not to extract or evade, but to align behavior with responsibility — so resources are deployed where they do the most good, closest to the people making the decisions.
This perspective informs everything he teaches.
